Azur Gallery "Pantone"
In the April glow, as spring blossoms in its full beauty, Azur Gallery in Madrid became the home for an exhibition that will surely be remembered as one of the most colorful events of the year. "Pantone," lasting from April 20 to May 20, 2023, was a celebration of colors that play a major role in our lives, influencing our emotions, memories, and even decisions.
Among the carefully selected works were my paintings: "Happy New Year 3" and "The Walk." Both born from a fascination with abstraction and the possibilities offered by acrylic on canvas, they reflect my journey through a palette of emotions and experiences that each new year and every step on our life path brings.
"Happy New Year 3," with its explosion of colors, is like a fireworks display in the night sky – a hopeful image that celebrates new beginnings, new possibilities, new dreams. This work is a reminder that every new year gives us a chance to change, for a better tomorrow, to write new chapters in our life story.
On the other hand, "The Walk" is a reflective journey through the changing nature of human experiences. Each brushstroke, each choice of color, is a step on a path that is both personal and universal. It's a painting about the journey – not just the physical one, but also the internal one, leading to self-discovery and understanding.
The "Pantone" exhibition at Azur Gallery was a unique opportunity for me as an artist to share with the audience my passion for exploring the endless possibilities of the world of colors. It was an experience that allowed me to understand even more deeply how great the power of colors is in expressing our deepest feelings and desires.
Observing how "Happy New Year 3" and "The Walk" resonate with visitors, how they provoke reflection, dialogue, and sometimes even personal introspection, was incredibly inspiring for me. It reminded me that art in its purest form is a communication of heart to heart, soul to soul.
